Standard orders placed before 1pm UK time are dispatched the same day, between Monday and Friday, stock permitting. Orders featuring personalised garments are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days.  

Please note that you are responsible for any customs fees or taxes levied by your country. We are not accountable for delays in customs clearance. 

At present, orders to the USA under the value of $800 are exempt from import tax.

RETURNS

If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange.

Returned items are refunded or exchanged on the condition that we receive them in perfect, saleable condition, with all original labels, and without signs of having been worn or washed.

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. We ask that you please notify us of your intention to return your order within 7 days of receiving it.

Please note that Britannical is not liable for return postage costs.

If you are returning any of our products from abroad, please ensure that you write "British return goods" on your customs form. We will not take back parcels to which customs Duty or import VAT are applied, and these parcels will be sent back to you.

You can return gifts for an exchange within 14 days. Simply write to us with your order number.

Please note that items are refunded minus original postage costs and postage costs are charged for exchanges. We recommend that you return items via a recorded delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Personalised & Bespoke Items

We cannot return or exchange any items that have been personalised or that are produced through our bespoke division.
