TAXES & DUTIES
USA: We are delighted to offer shipment to the USA without any tax or duties payable at the border. The total that you see at the checkout is the total you will pay. No hidden costs.
Please note that international customers in other international territories are responsible for any customs fees or taxes levied by their countries. We are not accountable for delays in customs clearance.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange.
We accept returns of merchandise in perfect, saleable condition with all original labels attached within 14 working days of your order being delivered in full. You then have a further 7 working days after this notification to return your order. We must receive the merchandise within these 7 days for a refund to be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalised items or hosiery.
You also have the right to cancel an order up until the point that it is fulfilled.

Please note that Britannical is not liable for return postage costs and authorised returns must be sent in a single shipment to qualify for a refund.
If you are returning any of our products from abroad, please ensure that you write "BRITISH RETURN GOODS" on your customs form. We will not take back parcels to which customs Duty or import VAT are applied, and these parcels will be sent back to you. Equally, where duty has been paid by us on an order, the duty will be deducted from the refund amount in the event of a return.
If you do not accept delivery of your order or you cancel your order after it has been shipped and we then need to arrange the goods to be returned to us, the shipping carrier's fees and any duty costs will be deducted from your refund.
You can return gifts for an exchange within 14 days. Simply write to us with your order number. Please note that postage costs are charged for exchanges.
We recommend that you return items via a recorded delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
PERSONALISED & BESPOKE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot return or exchange any items that have been personalised or that are produced through our bespoke division.
The items in our Sample Sale, including any pre-loved items, are classed as one-off sample stock and are not eligible for return or exchange.
