RETURNS

If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange.

You may return your purchase if you notify us within 14 days of receiving it. You then have 14 days following your notification to return the merchandise to us. We must receive the merchandise within these 14 days for a refund to be processed.

Returned items are refunded on the condition that we receive them in perfect, saleable condition, with all original labels, and without signs of having been worn or washed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalised items or hosiery.
