We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping and, better still, free express shipping options on qualifying purchases!

We do our best to dispatch standard orders placed before 1pm (UK time) the same day during the working week. Orders containing monogrammed garments are typically dispatched within 2-4 working days. These times may vary slightly during peak times and promotional events.

TAXES & DUTIES

EU & USA: We are delighted to offer shipment to EU countries & the USA without any tax or duties payable at the border. The total that you see at the checkout is the total you will pay. No hidden costs and the same prices for everyone!

Please note that international customers outside these territories are responsible for any customs fees or taxes levied by their countries. We are not accountable for delays in customs clearance.

RETURNS

If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange.

You may return your purchase if you notify us within 14 days of receiving it. You then have 14 days following your notification to return the merchandise to us.

Returned items are refunded on the condition that we receive them in perfect, saleable condition, with all original labels, and without signs of having been worn or washed.

Please note that Britannical is not liable for return postage costs and authorised returns must be sent in a single shipment to qualify for a refund.

If you are returning any of our products from abroad, please ensure that you write "BRITISH RETURN GOODS" on your customs form. We will not take back parcels to which customs Duty or import VAT are applied, and these parcels will be sent back to you.

If you refuse to accept delivery of your order or you cancel your order after it has been shipped and we then need to arrange the goods to be returned to us, the shipping carrier's fees and any duty costs will be deducted from your refund.

You can return gifts for an exchange within 14 days. Simply write to us with your order number. Please note that postage costs are charged for exchanges.

We recommend that you return items via a recorded delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

PERSONALISED & BESPOKE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot return or exchange any items that have been personalised or that are produced through our bespoke division.

The items in our RE:COAT Sale, including all pre-loved items, are classed as one-off sample stock and are not eligible for return or exchange.
