You may return or exchange non-customised items within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase, provided that the items are unworn and in the same condition in which they were sent to you. Returns are issued minus original shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We recommend that you send items back to us via recorded and insured delivery. We are unable to process returns or exchanges if items are lost or damaged in transit.
Unfortunately, bespoke or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
